Tenants and visitors to the North Mersey Business Centre will have noticed a series of improvements and refurbishments initiatives over recent months as a major painting programme centred on phase 2 and 5 have been carried out. Together with this, landscaping projects have been initiated along with screening walls to the boundary of phase 3.

All of these works are intended to enhance the environment, for the benefit of existing tenants and their visitors.
