Knowsley Development Trust is a not for profit organisation who support a number of charitable projects and also work with private businesses.

We also operate one of the most successful business centres, North Mersey Business Centre, which is situated on Woodward Road, Knowsley Industrial Park. As part of our commitment to deliver quality services we have registered as an umbrella body to process Criminal Records Bureau applications for disclosure.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note we are NOT the Government disclosure service. We are unable to answer questions about the progress of disclosure applications unless these have been processed by ourselves.

In order to confirm your identity, you will need to provide at least three forms of ID. Read more

How long does it take?

The CRB aim to process 90% of Standard Disclosures within 10 days, and 90% of Enhanced Disclosures within 4 weeks.  The Performance Services Standards state that 100% must be processed within 60 days.
