Industrial unit types

Industrial unit type A
These units are amongst the smallest available and are often used to store equipment or stocks while the admin facilities can be based in one of our office suites. These units are let on a monthly basis.

Typical sizes are 250sq ft approx.

Industrial unit type B
We have a range of modern light industrial units some come with a small yard area and all have parking facilities outside with a separate personnel access to the goods loading door. Some units have dedicated toilets.

Typical sizes are 590-780 sq ft approx.

Industrial unit type C
This office type offers a range of larger units up to 3,000 sq ft. Suitable for distribution and housing an office. This unit type is in great demand as they offer a business the opportunity to operate comfortable within a self contained space.
