We have several Serviced Offices available in varying sizes, ranging from 130sq ft approx. suitible for around 2 people, to 200sq ft approx. suitible for up to 4 people, as well as self-contained Corporate Office Suites.

Office types

Office type A
To accommodate either a start up or micro business suitable for 2-3 people. Some come furnished, other allow you to provide your own furniture. Whatever your requirements we will seek to meet  them. Office type As are let on a monthly lease.

Office type B
Larger offices for up to 10 staff are available from time to time which come redecorated and new carpets. Most of these offices are furnished with blinds and have an ample number of electrical sockets for todays needs. Office type Bs are let on a monthly lease.

Office type C
This category of offices moves you into what we describe as ‘mini corporate suites’. They staff around 500sq ft and can go upto 5,000 sq ft. The leases are negotiable, but are typically 5 years with a break clause. Rents are competitive and the majority of our corporate stock is situated within the Earl of Derby Complex which was constructed in 2003.
